Hours

Events may begin as early as 10:00 AM. All events run up to 12 hours including setup and cleanup. Friday & Saturday events must conclude by 10:00 PM with cleanup finished by 10:30 PM. Sunday through Thursday events must conclude by 8:00 PM with cleanup finished by 8:30 PM.

Catering

You are welcome to bring the caterer of your choice. There is no food preparation on site so all caterers must be self-contained.

Alcohol

Beer, wine, and spirits are allowed on the premises. A banquet permit is required ($10.00) and a licensed server must serve all alcohol.

Music

Use of our Sonos sound system only — no outside amplified speakers or microphones. DJs are not permitted due to local sound ordinance. Single-person instrumental or acoustic musicians are welcome. See our vendor list for musicians who have played here.

Venue attendant

A venue attendant will be on-site to assist with parking, deliveries, table and chair setup and takedown, and vendor support. Available throughout the event for any questions or issues.

Coordinator

A professional day-of coordinator is required for a minimum of 8 hours including end-of-night cleanup. See our vendor list for coordinators who have worked at The Finery.

Cleanup

Everything must be packed up and taken away or deposited into the garbage cans provided. The Finery will handle garbage disposal.

Insurance

A certificate of liability insurance (one-day event insurance) must be provided 30 days before your event. This can be purchased online through Wedsafe. Please contact us before obtaining.

Pets

While we love fur babies, we have a strict no-pet policy. Please inform your guests in advance.
