Private events at The Finery are exactly what they sound like — the grounds are yours for the day, and you celebrate however you want. Bring your own people and vendors, or let us help with coordination, florals, and décor. We've done it both ways and it works beautifully either way.

The setting does a lot of the heavy lifting. You just have to show up.

Everything that

Your rental includes full use of the grounds — covered event spaces, open patios, bar area, fire pit, furniture, and sound system — for your entire rental window.

If you want more than the space itself, we offer coordination, florals, and décor the same way we do for our wedding packages. Just mention it when you reach out and we'll talk through what makes sense for your event.

Alcohol is welcome. A licensed bartender and Washington State Banquet Permit are required — and easier to arrange than you'd think. We'll point you in the right direction.

Straightforward pricing

Base rental is 6 hours, including setup and breakdown. Need more time? Additional hours are available at $200/hr, arranged in advance. A 50% non-refundable retainer holds your date; the balance is due 30 days before your event.

All rates subject to 8.8% Washington State sales tax. A $500 refundable damage/cleaning deposit is due 30 days prior. Event insurance required — typically $75–$175 through providers like The Event Helper or Markel.

The Finery is a home first, which is why it feels the way it does. You get the covered spaces, the open patios, the bar, the fire pit — the whole of the grounds — and it has that lived-in quality that no purpose-built event hall can fake. People arrive and they immediately relax. That's not an accident.

The interior of the house stays private, but with everything outside, nobody's ever felt like they were missing anything.

Guest Maximum: 50

Our space is designed for intimate gatherings. Capacity is capped at 50 guests, not including vendors or service staff.

Event Insurance

A certificate of liability insurance naming Evergreen Isle LLC as additional insured is required 30 days before your event. Plans typically run $75–$175 through providers like The Event Helper or Markel.

Responsible Adult On-Site

A designated point of contact must be present for the full event including setup and cleanup. For 25+ guests, a professional coordinator is strongly recommended — or ask us about coordination add-ons.

Alcohol

A licensed bartender and Washington State Banquet Permit are required for any event serving alcohol. No self-service bars. We're happy to walk you through the process — it's straightforward.

Pre-Approved Caterers

All food service must come from our approved vendor list — including food trucks, which we love here. Reach out and we'll send the current roster.

Music & Sound

We're a residential property, so no amplified sound — no DJs, microphones, or PA systems. The venue Sonos system and tablet are provided for music. Live acoustic music is very welcome. Fri/Sat events end by 10 PM; Sun–Thurs by 8 PM.
