Just because you've decided to elope doesn't mean you have to sacrifice your dream wedding. We can help you create the perfect day

in a way that you will always treasure.

We offer year round elopement packages that are all inclusive and include the following:

Outdoor wedding for couple & up to 2 witnesses (covered location available for inclement weather) includes the following:

Bridal Suite for getting ready

Non denominational officiant

Processional (bride walking down the aisle) to song of choice

Recessional (after ceremony couple walking down the aisle together) to song of choice

1st Dance to song of choice (for those wanting a 1st dance)

Father/daughter and or mother/son 1st dance to song/songs of choice (for those wanting to dance with their parents)

6" cutting cake (or larger depending on the amount of guests)

1 custom bouquet & 1 boutonniere or 2 of each

Sparkling wine/cider

Wedding photography

Up to 3 hours on site

200 beautifully edited high res wedding photos in an online gallery to download with full rights

Our elopement package includes the couple and 2 witnesses/guests. Additional guests allowed at a rate of $50 per guest up to 20 additional guests for a total of 22 guests.

A non-refundable retainer of 50% of the elopement base package (plus tax) is due at the time of booking to secure the date along with a signed contract. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event.

72 hour advance notice requested - Marriage license must be applied for/purchased a minimum of 3 days prior to elopement date.

Add on Dinner for a Micro Wedding

If you’d like to elevate your elopement into a micro wedding, we offer an add on dinner. You can add on 2 additional hours for dinner which includes the additional time on site, table/chair setup, fleece blankets if it's chilly, table settings (dishes, flatware, glassware), additional florals or décor to match your style & clean up for a flat rate of $500.00 plus $25 per person.  Please note this does not include the caterer cost. We have a preferred caterer for our elopement dinners, or you can order pizza & have it delivered :)

In addition, if you are wanting to bring in and serve alcohol (including beer/wine/champagne/hard alcohol) you will be required to purchase a one-day liability insurance policy through "wedsafe" or your own personal ins. ($125-$175) Also a banquet permit - $10.

DIY Elopement

MON-WED $1,200.00

We are going to try something new this year with the addition of DIY elopements. We provide the venue & you bring your own officiant, photographer, flowers, cake, champagne etc. This is only available on Mondays, Tuesdays or Wednesdays year-round. This is for a rental of the venue only including chairs.

Up to 3 hours on site

22 guests max plus the couple for a total of 24 people

Ceremony chairs set up for number of guests

Use of bridal suite & groom hut

Fire bowl

Use of music system for playlists

Wedding planning if desired to help you plan your 3 hours on site

Due to the limited time frame, there is no catering allowed during the DIY elopements. The 3-hour time frame must be respected with no early arrivals or late check outs. All garbage must be disposed of in the provided garbage cans. Lastly, please be respectful of the max guest count as well. The parking is limited for the elopements so this is the max amount of people we can accommodate for the 3-hour time frame.

1 additional hour available as an add on for $350.00 for a total of up to 4 hours on site.

The process

The nature of an "elopement" is to run away and get married so we love to stay with that premise by doing all of the planning for you so that you just arrive on the day of your elopement and we take care of everything.  The flowers, cake, officiant & music are all done via emails sharing back & forth. We have a structured timeline for the 3 hours on site that ensures photos are taken during all of the key points along with candids in between. The elopement time frame is scheduled with optimum lightning in mind for gorgeous photos. After booking you will receive a sample timeline as to how the day will flow as well as a detailed list of the information we will need to create & plan your perfect day.
