We are the perfect place for those couples wanting an outdoor experience with a refined edge. We are open for weddings from May - October. The Finery can accommodate up to 50 of your closest family & friends, we are the perfect place to enjoy the outdoors in a gorgeous setting.

Our Weddings include up to 12 hours on site with the reception ending by 10:00 pm

Rates:

MON - THURS $1500 FRI, SAT & SUN $1750.00

Photography services are available and can be bundled with your venue rental at a 50% discount.
 Please inquire for details. 

 

A retainer of 50% of the rental fee is due at time of booking to secure the date along with a signed contract. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event. In addition a $500.00 damage deposit is due 30 days prior to the event and returnable within 14 days after the event as long as no damage has occurred.

If you love custom tablescapes as much as we do we can help you design the perfect table for your wedding day. Please inquire for custom rates as an add on to your rental.

 

Hours:

Events may start as early as 10:00am and last 12 hours including any setup or cleanup time.

Fridays and Saturdays

Event over by 10:00pm and take down of decorations and/or
cleanup finished by 10:30pm.

Sundays and Monday thru Thursday

Event over by 8:00pm and take down of
decorations and/or cleanup finished by 8:30pm.

Caterers:

You are welcome to bring the caterer of your choice. There is no food preparation on site so all caterers must be self-contained.

Alcohol:

Beer, wine and spirits are allowed on the premises. A banquet permit is required ($10.00) and a licensed server must serve alcohol.

Music:

You may bring a DJ or we can provide the use of our sound system.

Attendant:

An attendant will be provided to assist with parking, accept deliveries, setup and take down tables/chairs and assist vendors with our equipment. Attendant will also be available for any questions or issues that arise during event.

Clean-up:

You need only take down your decorations and get any garbage in to the garbage cans which we provide. The Finery will do any remaining cleanup.

Insurance:

A certificate of Liability Insurance (one-day event insurance) must be provided 30 days before your event. This can be purchased on line from “Wedsafe".

Pets:

Pets are allowed on the premises by permission only. If you would like your pet at your wedding we are happy to discuss the options available.
